Question about baby teeth eruption????

i wouldn't think so as long as xrays showed they were there. my son got like 7 teethe at once and still has more coming in and they were all over the place and i thought it was weird too because he had his top front 4 and then bottom two in the middle and then all of a sudden out came his far back molars. hes only 13 months though and is getting most of his teeth at once. such fun! :P
