How can Hilary Clinton not think her health plan is completely unfair?

She wants to force people into a government controlled health plan, with or without their consent. I know she probably thinks she is just helping, but America was founded upon free choice. It's like she is completely arrogant and wants to force people into something she thinks is right. Do other people think her plan is completely outrageous?
