Should the European Union intervene in Syria and Yemen in order to prevent the regimes from killing people ?

I don't know that much about the EU, but if they intervene people will be killed and if they don't intervene people will be killed. It's such a huge mess in that entire region, worse than ever. I hope the U.S. stays out of it.
