Since the recent earth quakes has anyone noticed displaced animals in their homes or areas?

I live in Lilydale Victoria and since the recent tremors I have noticed mice, spiders, ants, strays and even birds in the area that I had never noticed before. My dogs don't seem to like it much though and chase them out.
