This is disgusting...?

my 11 week old german shepherd puppy eats her own poop. It's so nasty. We have a bulldog, she she doesn't try to eat that poop, just her own. We've tried everything: putting Accent on her food, putting cayanne pepper on the poop to deter her, nothing works. We do clean up after her when she goes, but this means we have to stand out there with her every second and run at her as soon as she takes a dump, because she'll turn around and eat it. (puke). Has this happened to anyone else? Will she outgrow and what can I do to stop it? Ew. Thanks
