Topical antibiotic for acne...?

I am an adult and had an acne break out and randomly bought a bottle of ten-0-six and after washing my face and drying it I applied it before bed and the pimple was gone the next day. I use it daily as a skin toner because it removed the problem. This product can be bought at most large drug stores over the counter....and inexpensive.
