Why has Tetra Safe start made my tank very cloudy?

I am not familiar with the tetra safe start...I wonder if the cloud is the filter bacteria still floating in the water...if so then it should clear up in a day or so as the bacteria find the filter and decor in the tank and settle down to do their job...If the fish are acting ok I would leave it alone for a day or so and see how it goes...If the fish are showing a lot of distress signs then you will need to do a big water change and try to reduce the stress...only problem is that if you do a water change you will lose all the beneficial bacteria in the water that have bnot settled into the filter yet....good luck.
