20 weeks ultrasound?!?!?!?!?

No sweetie don't worry so much! The baby probably was moving too much and they couldn't get the anatomy done properly. I'm sure everything is fine because if not they would've told you. For my ultrasound it took like half hour to get everything done so don't panic.Good Luck
