How important is music in a relationship as an opinion?

Just out of curiousity, I'm wondering how much music would matter in a relationship, I'm a guy and I play guitar (quite well) and can sing (not so well... atleast its not earshattering? I thnk :/) so I'm wondering how much it would mean to you if your bf/gf played a love song or whatever for you ;D
